2017 Cabernet For the upcoming Wine Club food pairing will include Rosemary Sea Salt Shortbread topped with a smidge of Goat Cheese paired with the 2017 Chardonnay. Beef Empanadas with Black Currants and Green Olive will go with the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon.
